About Us
We are are located in Meadows Valley in the center of Idaho’s Heartland. The ranches are surrounded by the Payette National Forest and sit in a beautiful valley with snow-capped mountains, pristine forests, and glimmering streams.
The original Circle C Ranch was homesteaded in the Meadows Valley in the early 1800s by the Campbell family. The large ranch spanned from Meadows Valley to the Snake River in central Idaho. The Idaho Historical Society has more information about the original Circle C Ranch.
In November, 1992 Robert M. Brennan developed the Circle C Ranches community, a 2500-acre development. The Circle C Ranch community is located 11 miles north of New Meadows, Idaho on U.S. Highway 95. Today, there are 44 residences in the Circle C Ranches with the lots ranging in size from 35 to 110 acres.
Circle C Ranches are within Adams County and the county offices are located in Council, Idaho. Council is located about 30 miles south of New Meadows on U.S Highway 95. McCall, a recreational resort city, is located about 15 miles east of New Meadows on State Highway 55.
